Whenever disaster strikes, hundreds of emergency workers and volunteers flood into the area to help others. Most of these people only plan on staying a few days, but end up working in the disaster area for weeks.

These brave men and women work in areas where there is no clean water, no electricity, and no place to wash their clothes.

"The Shirt Off Your Back" collects new and used shirts from all across the country and delivers them to workers and volunteers in the disaster area. Our goal is to ensure that every person working to preserve and protect life and property in a disaster area has a clean shirt to wear every day.
